Responsible for the development and implementation of fermentation processes, including small shake flask fermentation and 5-100L fermenter fermentation.

1. Design a reasonable fermentation formula according to project needs;

2. Arrange and execute fermentation testing and production in a reasonable manner according to project progress needs;

3. Write test records and conduct data summary analysis and reporting;

4. Laboratory hygiene and safety maintenance;

1. Bachelor degree or above in biological science, bioengineering, biochemistry or other related majors, with more than one year of fermentation-related work experience;

2. Have certain insights and experience in upstream molecular biology and protein expression;

3. CET-4 or above;

4. Work diligently and responsibly, and be passionate and patient about fermentation work;

1. Responsible for daily basic analysis work based on HPLC, GC, LCMS, NMR and other instruments;

2. Responsible for analytical method development, method optimization and writing and archiving of method record documents

3. Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of the instrument to ensure normal use of the instrument;

4. Assist in sending samples to external parties and arrange external sample testing;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Master degree or above in pharmaceutical analysis, formulation analysis, analytical chemistry or related fields, with more than one year of working experience;

Responsible for the molecular biology construction and protein expression testing of the proteins required for the project.

1. Responsible for gene mining, vector construction, and strain breeding of the required protein;

4. Responsible for the design and implementation of gene mutation and other protein activity optimization programs;

1. Master degree or above in biological science, bioengineering, biochemistry or other related majors, more than 3 years of working experience in molecular biology;

2. Experience in operating prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems;

3. Have some experience in gene recombination, shuffling, CRISPR CAS9 and other technologies;

4. Experience in molecular docking, homology modeling and computer simulation is a plus;
