1. Master's degree or above in biochemical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry or other related majors, more than one year of relevant work experience;
2. Experience in enzyme-catalyzed reaction design, implementation, analysis, and post-processing, and the ability to complete projects independently;
3. Familiar with analytical instruments and their usage such as TLC, HPLC, GC, and microplate reader;
4. Be conscientious and responsible in work, and have enthusiasm and patience;
5. Possess teamwork and enterprising spirit.
